Just as I was about to fully lock the car, my friend moved, but that's not the problem. He suddenly jumped out of the car and started running away, which is illegal. Therefore, I'm filing a complaint because he violated the rules of (Fail RP and Fair RP).

At that moment, no one was aiming at me everyone was inside the vehicle. Seeing a clear opportunity, I ran. This does not fall under Fear RP or Fail RP. Proper RP would require you to be outside the vehicle, aiming and securing the situation before attempting to lock the doors. Until the car was properly locked and no one was aiming at me, escape was a valid RP action.
