2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Street-to-Service Experience: I started my journey in Ghetto and spent a long time as a gang member. Because of this, I know exactly how criminals think and work. I want to use this experience to train my officers so they aren’t caught off guard during chases or shootouts. I know both sides of the coin.
I started my career under Raiyan Hill's LSPD term. So i really have some good experience in LSPD .
Fixing the Chain of Command: In my previous terms at LSPD, I saw that leadership often ignores the "Chain of Command." This leads to corruption and favoritism. Many hardworking LEOs don't get the promotions they deserve because they aren't "friends" with the high commands. I want to fix this system so that rewards and promotions are based only on hard work and discipline.
Maturity and Leadership: Being 26 years old in IRL, I have the patience and communication skills to manage a large team. I’ve noticed people think LSPD is just for newbies. I want to change that image by bringing in tougher entrance exams and better training. I want LSPD to be the most respected and professional org in the city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Inter-Department Coordination: We need to stop working in silos. I will focus on building better coordination with SAHP, FIB, EMS, and USSS. If we communicate well during operations, the RP quality for the whole city goes up.
Strict Discipline: Discipline is the most important thing. I will make sure officers follow the rules, use proper radio codes, and behave professionally even when no one is watching.
Focus on Character Growth: I want to encourage officers to actually "roleplay" their roles instead of just chasing pings. We will work on better interrogation RP and proper crime scene management to make things more realistic for everyone.
