Hello,
My account ID has been banned with a Security Ban.
I would like to clarify that my account was compromised and my credentials (email/password) were changed without my permission. Because of this, I lost access to my account and was unable to log into the game.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted administrator on GRAND RP Forum, and I was advised to submit this appeal in the Technical Section.
I confirm that:
I did not share my account with anyone
I did not authorize any changes to my credentials
I am ready to provide any proof needed (old email, screenshots, IP checks, etc.)
I kindly ask the technical team to review my case and help me recover my account.
