Additional information
1. Leader of the Los Santos Police Department
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. I have a very long personal history with all leo organizations. I have personally been employed with FIB, GOV, SAHP, LSPD. In which I have held many roles, and have led many divisions alongside those roles. The main division I have lead was HRT, which allowed me to gain insight one how to properly train and hire people into the organization.
B. Because of my long personal history within LSPD itself, it holds a very dear place close to my heart. It was the very first leo organization that I joined when I flew into the city in 2021. I have served well over 10 terms within the LSPD under many different leaders. Forming a special bond with those in LSPD.
C. I am very familiar with how the city runs, from many different points of view. From being the current Vice Governor, to the ex Deputy Chief of Police, to being a State Lawyer. I am very well versed with the laws of the state. Me taking on these leadership roles have helped me gain a knowledge I never knew about actually being a leader and what it entails. Allowing me to become a better person overall. And me being a state lawyer has allowed me to understand how to read the laws, and put them in place in order to keep this city safe.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
A. I believe the important thing we can do within LSPD is give proper training to everyone who joins. The main issue within certain LSPD terms is the lack of knowledge that units have regarding different situations. If units understood what they should be doing in certain situations, the RP within the city would become much richer. I feel that the HRT department could also assist with this goal by performing interdepartmental trainings, as well as training videos on the many situations we might come across throughout the city.
B. I believe that a strong and heavily enforced chain of command is what truly makes an organization run properly. From the Head of IA, making sure the units are being professional. To the Head of HRT, making sure all units are properly trained. Everything flows together into one whole piece. I will make sure that it is my personal duty that everyone is following the chain of command. And that the high command that I chose, are always professional, and are always going out of their way to make sure others are as well.
