    • Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
      I want to become an Admin because I enjoy helping players and making the server a better place. I’ve been in the city long enough to understand how things work, and I’d like to contribute by guiding new players, keeping RP fair, and supporting the main admin team. For me, it’s not just about having powers — it’s about keeping the community enjoyable and balanced.
      
      
    • What are your strengths?
      -Good knowledge of server rules and fair decision-making.
      -Patience when dealing with players who are frustrated or new.
      -Clear communication, both in writing and voice.
      -Ability to stay calm and neutral even during heated situations.
      
      
    • What are your weaknesses?
      -Sometimes I can be too detail-focused and spend extra time double-checking situations. I’m also always looking to improve my confidence in handling situations quickly, but I see that as part of growing and learning as an admin.
      
      
    • What skills can you bring to the admin team?
      I can bring activity, responsibility, and fairness. I’m familiar with handling conflicts between players and I have handled many situations and conflicts as Bloods Leader, and I’m good at explaining rules in a way that people can actually understand. I’ll also bring consistency — I won’t favor one side over another, and I’ll always put the server’s rules and RP quality first.

      - Coming to the end of a successful term as Bloods leader, I’ve balanced being a mentor and a disciplinarian.
