2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. so basically I have been playing this project for more than 1 years and at the beginning i was very astonoished that how the leos protect the city and from their inspiration i joined SAHP one of my friends called me their and i got some what good experience the proud we feel when we become the saviour of our nation.
2.2. so from onwards when i started my leo career i felt a deep relation to SAHP as it was my home . i also like work in SAHP as it is in village side and i do feel that more criminal activites are taking place there and only .and only SAHP could do that it is also my honour to serve my state 2.3. after the first term in SAHP i was not a high command at that time but i learned more about SAHP with the help of my one of ex sheriff called mr alaric verlice he was like a inspiration to me he guided me in every situation as friend and as a high command officer and he gave me the courage to lead the situation and i became a high command in his term . he inspired me alot how is term become successful these all things give me the courage to become the leader of SAHP.
2.3 I will give respect to all my employees no matter if they are junior command or high command because i believe only in team work. They will be given high bonus for their work so they can be motivate by doing their work. I will appoint a good COS of swat who will host training session for our employees to grow their shooting skills that will give them help in events and also there will be benefit of organization.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 I will appoint a good internal affairs team. I believe that to run a term, a good internal affair team is needed to see that everything internally going good. Internal affairs will do daily Background checks of our employees to see that everything is functioning well. They will do trunk inspections, license checkups and logs check of every employee. I will not bare any corruption in that department, so i will handle this department very carefully in my term.
3.2 There will be good Heads of swat department, they will conduct training session in daily routine to improve skill of our troopers that will help them in events. We also try to do collab with other organizations like LSPD, GOV, NG and FIB to enhance roleplay
3.3 I will make sure that some units should be on highway patrol for safety of citizen and there will be many checkpoints daily to remove gang activity from highways. I will appoint good PR team that will help us in maintaining good relationship with public. There will be one pr event daily. There will be two units at insurance everytime to make sure people getting insurance of their cars without any problem.
