Hello,
I’m writing to respectfully appeal my ban for not having POV during an event.
I understand that having POV is my responsibility, and I want to be clear that I’m not trying to deny that rule or make excuses. Unfortunately, my recording software (NVIDIA) sometimes turns off on its own without warning. I didn’t realize this had happened until after the event, and by then I had no way to recover the footage.
I would never intentionally avoid POV as I am well aware of the consequences plus I have nothing to hide, I will also agree to do a PC check if needed. This situation was an honest technical mistake, and I have already taken steps to prevent it from happening again by troubleshooting, updating drivers, and double checking it before entering events.
I respectfully ask if you would consider being lenient, either by reducing my ban time or lifting it so I can return and continue playing with my friends and fam members. Thank you for taking the time to read this, happy new years.
