2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- 1) I have been playing this RP for the last two months, and over these months, as a journalist, I have been observing the work of the LEOs. To be honest, it has not been that impressive, and that is something which has left a great impact on me. This has made me feel more patriotic and responsible since, in my opinion, law enforcement always ought to be strong, dedicated, and a source of strength to the community. I am not one to just criticize something and then leave but it’s a fact that I actually want to contribute and help the LEOs perform better to benefit the community at large
- 2) I joined LSPD and have been working there as a senior sergeant with lots of hopes, but I soon realized that many officers there are very lazy either taking a long time to give out fines, careless while making arrests, and a lack of professionalism. It’s very disappointing to experience all this while wearing the same badge. However, I also got the chance to meet some very good officers who take their work very seriously, and they really inspired me. It made me understand that I don’t just have to comment and walk away, I have to work towards improving things.
- 3) I want to become the LSPD Chief in order to really lead this city to a safe and sound place where officers can do their job in pride and people can feel secured. I think good work in the police department comes from teamwork; thus, my aim will be to work in a really tight collaboration with SAHP, National Guard, FIB, EMS, and the Government in order to make sure that everything runs in the best possible way. My aim is to end my term having as few warnings and verbals as possible by staying professional, fair, and cool everywhere. I want to be the example to everyone to improve the quality of RP, to prove myself in practice rather than in words, but still somehow succeed in becoming one of the greatest Chiefs the LSPD ever had.

- 1. Hold Press Conference with Life Invader and Have regular communication with Citizens
- 2. To have open recruitment and application process too.
- 3. To give out most bonuses.
- 4. To Have at most Professionalism within the officer.
- 5. To Improve the use of Rp Commands in the arrest and Fines.
