2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
a. As per my experience I have gather some ability and the knowledge, I have the ability to manage work force and all the department of EMS. I will work at my best effort, to keep a good relation between EMS and all other State Orgs .
b. As an EMS Leader I will make sure to provide a welcoming work environment to bud new prospect and hone their skills I will also focus on the hyper activity in EMS lobbies as well as GS Calls and ARO Calls. All the main and subsidiary org events will be attended by EMS under my leadership without any compromises.
c. I do my Best and help staff and also solve their misunderstanding and we do work together like family yeah we are like family we will make this term best to pervious term and also maintain good relationship between employees and citizens and try to give one chance for their some mistakes if they did to improve their work and don't do that again and we will work in proper way and also keep understanding between us.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
First of all I will hire more recruit as well in every per day in my term we will take Direct interview and give chance to be good Doctor.
I will not force our employees and High command because they have many work in Real life also so I decide to do work proper Department like HS (hospital service), GS (ground service), ARO (Air Rescue Operation) and LT (Lab Tech) etc.
I saw many deputy and many high command have problem to calculate bonus sheet so we decide to make bonus request like every Department DC (Deputy Chief) Calculate their department bonuses and tell to my deputy so this problem get some much solve.
We have to do employee meeting in every week to solve their problems If i saw they didn't understand something so if they have any questions so they ask in meeting like HC meeting in every 7day's.

HS (Hospital service): First cover lobby and also do surgery and admit citizens For better' treatment.
GS (Ground service): They will do patrolling per day 2 time day shift and night shift for the citizens as well as for spec ops.
LT (Lab Technician): They make medicine in Labs and they delivers the medicine to the state org if needed.
Training: They will provide training to trainee who joined newly.
HR (Human resources): I believe that HR department is like a foundation for the organization. This department help in the smooth functioning of the Organization.
