2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. I want to be the National Guard's leader because I believe in discipline, responsibilities, and service to the country. As a leader, I want to make this term the most active one yet by making sure that every member works with honesty, respect, teamwork, and no favouritism towards other members.
2. I aim to provide newcomers with real National Guard experience. This will be achieved by modifying my hiring process to prioritise experienced players for HR and Training Officer positions, while also striving to recruit as many active newcomers as possible. I will ensure they receive comprehensive training to promote their active participation in the National Guard. Additionally, I plan to award medals for their activity and duties, ensuring impartiality and equal treatment for all individuals, as a judge would. This approach will demonstrate my leadership qualities.
3. As NG's leader, we will collaborate with other groups to better develop and fortify the community. My objective is for NG to become a feeling of unity and camaraderie rather than just an organisation. I'll make an effort to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere where people can interact socially and get along with one another.
4. Many people look down on the National Guard and mock them, saying that they are NPCs or that they only stand on gates, and I am going to prove to them that the National Guard, with the right units and the right leader, can be more than that; I will make that happen when I become the next General, with the help of my units and deputies!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. A well-chosen set of individuals: I would have people who I completely trust in High Command. Because the High Command is the most important component in governing the organisation, second only to the Leader and his deputies, this would prevent many conflicts and challenges.
2. More emphasis on relationships with other state and law enforcement organisations will improve the RP of not just NG personnel, but also members of other state organisations. Military police can, as normal, undertake city patrols alongside organisations such as FIB, LSPD, and SAHP. The NG Air Force will conduct scouting and may provide information to the SAHP or FIB about banditry in their domain, as well as actively participate in law enforcement.
3. My deputy and I will continuously keep an eye on every soldier's and department's activity to maintain the organization's smooth operation and avoid any issues.
4. To boost soldiers' confidence, a promotion ceremony will be staged once a week. I will personally analyse each soldier's logs to determine who qualifies for advancement.
