1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I think I've spent enough time on role-playing and learned everything I need to know, and I want to spend the rest of my time as a manager because I have too much free time in the city and I want to use this free time to develop myself in this direction. I think I will do much better work as a manager during this time and put in much more effort.
