The decision is correct, but something is missing. If the player says to me “your going to make me open the macro” before swearing, this falls under rule 4.1 and if they dont use the macro, they become suspicious. Encouraging cheating for someone is a violation, and if the recipient uses it, then they also become violators. I think the player should be checked by the PC, but he has already uninstalled those programs
