While I was standing by my helico, the player with ID 223498 ran me over twice and rammed my vehicle without any prior interaction or reason (VDM & CR). I started following him to identify his ID while maintaining the Roleplay (IC) by asking him why he was acting that way. During the pursuit, his friend with ID 197815 intentionally used his car to block my path and obstruct me from reaching them (Fail RP / Blocking). All the violations are clearly shown in the provided video evidence.
