Hello,

I was recently removed from my LSPD leadership for the reason "low org activity". I agree that low org activity is not something we can have for extended periods of time, but we were 2 days from the term ending, and we had good numbers at mandatory events/scenarios like subs, stores and hostages. It was mostly just activity when nothing was happening, which of course still isn't ideal, but I thought these were the type of things you get org warns for, not surprise disbands. We had 2 days left on the term, activity only started decreasing 1-2 days ago, and I feel like it can be expected due to a lot of people leaving due to term end. I'm not disagreeing that me/the org shouldn't get punished for this, but I would've thought it would be in the form of org warns, so that we can recognise the org would be in trouble if we don't take extreme measures to improve activity.

I don't expect to get my leadership back of course, but if there's a chance I can get this punishment revoked, I would highly appreciate it. I put a lot of work into my term and to be honest it's upsetting to see this happen just 2 days before it ends.

Hello,

I checked today and you had ZERO units patrolling and towing. This is not acceptable. I told you before to fix your activity, but nothing was done. Even though it is the end of the term, you are still required to continue until the freeze. You already received 3 warnings, which is enough for disbanding (removal from leadership). Multiple chances were given, and you are aware of that. last decision for higher-ups.
