1 . Ranks: I don't want to make it impossible to rank up. I want to find people who are willing to put in hard work and show dedication to the people. Those are the type of people I want in power, because they will help not only me but all the people of Los Santos.
2 . Shifts: I want to hire people from all types of times so our gates are covered in the morning and our candy runs are done by night. I strive to help out with the night shift, which needs tons of help and more activity.
3. Working together as a team: I want all the departments to work together. This means AF works with MP when possible raids are happening. HR works with IA to ensure people assigned to the job are prepared and meet the job requirements. BO works with everyone on candy runs, recruiting people from across departments as needed.

- Safety: Although safety for the citizens is essential, NG is responsible for keeping other orgs safe by supplying ammo runs to the orgs that need weapons. Having a non-biased term where no matter the conflict within the other orgs, we still supply ammo and help with situations. This creates a safe environment with the city keeping everyone safe.
- Activity: I want to ensure activity within the NG. I want to make a difference by keeping gangs out of FZ and citizens safe during store robberies and hostage situations. Since I left ng I have seen very little activity from ng and it has made huge difference in safety of citizens in a negative way as well as having an active night shift, so the people still have someone to come to when the city is dark, and people are asleep.
- My main goal is to give every single citizen a chance to protect the city being a national guard. I want people to gain respect and be proud of themselves as they are serving the san andreas. I have seen citizens not getting chance to join National guard due to their lack of experience with other orgs but I want to give them experience with national guard and to become a great public servant.
