2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I would like to be the leader of LSPD due to my good experience in different legal organizations as High Command (HC). This has enabled me to gain knowledge on command structure, SOP enforcement, disciplinary systems as well as decision making under pressure. I am well aware on how a legal group is supposed to operate and would be able to translate the same to lead LSPD professionally and efficiently.
2. Sustaining realistic and high-quality roleplay that is fair. Since I worked as a High Command positions in various departments , I know that fair treatment and roleplay in terms of rules is important. I would make sure that officers adhere to rules of the servers, they do not power-game, but aim at realistic policing as the leader of LSPD. The experience will enable me to process complaints, conflicts, and RP situations in a composed and objective manner to enhance the overall quality of the roleplay in the city.
3. Good leadership, training and development of the department. Being a member of HC, I understand the value of training and management within the company. I would like to empower LSPD through frequent training, fine-tuning between departments, and training of new recruits. I would also strive towards creating an orderly, respectful, and working police unit that contributes significantly to law and order as well as make RP a pleasant place to be in.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
1. LSPD is expected to act as a real police department. Officers have to adhere to SOPs when they are on patrol, at traffic stops, during arrests, at raids and in investigations. As a leader, I would make sure that SOPs are well-defined, used often, and adhered to in order to keep the law enforcement role play realistic and of high quality.
2. Have weekly trainings on communication, escalation, radio discipline, investigations and courtroom RP. Trainings involving scenarios (hostage situations, pursuits, negotiations) allow the officers to become more confident and more engaged with their roles and also train them to manage real situations within the city.
3. opposed to arrests or gun fights. LSPD must emphasize on the use of dialogue, investigation, gathering of evidence, and appropriate escalation as opposed to rushing to shootings. By motivating officers to create cases and communicate with civilians and criminals, the process of RP gets more realistic and enjoyable on both sides.
4. Officers should be actively supervised by the High Command, and errors fixed professionally with feedback being given after operations. A penal, yet encouraging atmosphere assists the officers to learn and be motivated and to keep on improving their standards of roleplay.
