I am writing to clarify the ban issued on my account by Admin Nik_Payne on 31st December for the reason “Helping a cheater.”
I would like to clearly state that I did not knowingly help or support any cheater. At the time of the incident, I was unaware that the player involved was cheating. There was no intentional rule violation from my side.
I also want to mention that I had not logged into the game for approximately 15 days, and I only discovered the ban today when I opened the game. Because of this, I had no prior notice or explanation before seeing the ban.
I respect the server rules and understand the importance of fair play. I am requesting a review of the evidence related to this ban, as I believe it may be based on a misunderstanding.
I request that the ban on both my main and twin accounts be reviewed accordingly.
