I work as a USSS Officer at the Capitol building, where my responsibility is to know, for the safety of the Govenor and orther employees, who individuals are when they come into the building and the nature of their visit. The individual was absolutely trying to bait me into acting in a certain way so he could sue the organization. I understand that it could be a valid character, but Jackk Pharoah is also a Government employee with the FIB. He decided to engage in none role play trollish and foolish antics including, blatant disregard for a State bulding, the authority of a State employee, while also being a state employee. I didn't necessary have a problem with his combativeness, but the fact that it was very poorly done and was in bad taste. I would have left him alone had he just been combative, but the fact that he was trying to bait me is why I wanted him to leave. Had he even pretended to conduct legal business I would have left him alone. He assaulted me twice in a green zone and was horseplaying in the State Building, which could set precedent for others to show up and do the same, nullifying the USSS's ability to maintain order on premise. Again, he's suppose to work for the FBI yet blatantly engaged in criminal conduct, including disobeying lawful commands, disturbing the peace, and tresspassing.
Had he been a regular civilian behaving that way it would have made more sense, but he even show not respect for the responding LSPD officer. As someone who claims to be pursuing law, it would've made more sense to cause problems for me in court rather acting like someone who is mentally unstable.
