1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I would like to become an admin since I have lived long enough in the RP life to have the knowledge of the rules, roleplay standards and the mistakes that players usually commit. Having played RP as a player, I am finally in a position to do something constructive and assist others to have an enjoyable and quality roleplay experience.
My objective is not power as an admin but responsibility. I would like to assist new players to understand the rules, solve the situations peacefully and prevent the rules breaking that spoil RP of others. By quitting RP life, I will be able to remain impartial and objective in the processing and management of reports and situations.
In my opinion, admins are the keystones to the server, and I would like to contribute to the community, promote realism, and provide everyone with a decent and pleasant RP experience. This is the reason why I can sacrifice my life as an RP and spend time doing administrative work.

• Excellent knowledge of rules: I have good knowledge of the rules of Grand RP and have been able to apply it fairly and without discrimination.
• Cool and tolerant attitude: I remain calm in stressful moments and I deal with reports without losing my temper.
• Effective communication skills: I am able to clearly inform players on rules and decisions in a respectable way.
• Fair judgment: I never make any decision without first hearing the case.
• Active and responsible: I am active and responsible and I do not neglect my responsibility.
• Team spirit: I understand senior admins and collaborate well with the administration.
4. What are your weaknesses?
The fact that I tend to be overly detailed is one of my weaknesses, as it is accompanied by the ability to dedicate more time to a particular issue, although it assists me in making objective and just decisions. I also never stop learning so I do not dismiss feedback and always strive to become better out of my mistakes.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I will be able to introduce powerful rule knowledge, peaceful conflict management, effective communication, objective judgment, and consistent action. I am a team player, adherent to the administration chain of command, and responsible enough to take care of reports without favor.

I am very dedicated to the server and its community. I value the chain of command, take constructive criticism, and there is no need to say that I am open to learning and growing. I know that the position of an admin involves maturity, neutrality and consistency and I am well equipped to cope with all of that.
I am energetic, responsible and I focus on fair play more than my preferences. Given a chance, I will strive to maintain server regulations, assist players, and add value to the quality of roleplay across the board on the server.
