so i went in the gov for gun license when i asked for 1 i didnt got a reply so i went inside and interacted with the npc to take one from there but i didnt see the option so when i was about to leave a officer came and cuffed me without commands and took me out later he released me i asked him why did he did that and he didnt reply so i again wentt inside and a other officer also did the same cuff without commands then i was later catched by the hand again without commands and later i was arrested
