2.Bloods Street Gang
2.1 I want to become the leader of Bloods because i want to make the gang side more active, by getting Bloods i will try to dominate in the city as much as i can i will lead the gang to the best circumstances and make the rp more fun. I think gangs have more fun and enjoyable rp as compare to legal so i think being a gang leader it would be fun.
2.2 Now, I feel ready to take on that role. I want to lead Bloods because it was my first gang, and it means a lot to me. i have a good communication skill to run a successful term most important thing is to have a best Deputies. Being in a gang gives more freedom then state ORG, and I’m ready for the challenge.
2.3. By gaining Exp in gangs as well i am ready to take bloods and lead it towards success, i already know how a gang work and what i need to do as an gang leader. U can see my activity that i have provided to Gangs
3.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1. Under my leadership i will ensure that my gang is active then every other gang in city.
3.2. I like Bloods as there HQ is really iconic as of from the original gta game and the story line based on it also the colour Red makes terror in the players and most specific they think its a gang there HQ is in ghetto where you there is pure dominance of bloods.
3.3 Thirdly, we should do weekly internal RP training sessions, like hostage situations and negotiation practice. This helps even new members learn professional RP instead of getting punishment for UB or PG by this all rank members know how the RP works correctly in order.
3.4. I will ensure that everyone gets their bonuses and that it should be reasonable.
3.5. Having proper interview production. Whoever wants to join will have proper interview which will decide what will be his rank in the gang. Past terms I saw many leaders/deputies and even high commands which are doing mistakes by inviting and giving rank to newbies that doesnt know the rules. It's a very common mistake that leads to a disband of a gang. Which will not happen here in Bloods.
3.6. We will try to take max to max number in every store robberies , Fz , battle ships , clands, and also we will increase our activities we will be doing more store robbs
3.7. I will make sure that everyone knows basics of gang rules and represents Bloods with fear.
