2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to become the leader of this great organization because i used to play in the gangs for a long time, and i really started enjoying it. I applied for admin position and after not being approved due to lack of experience, i wanted to be the leader of the organization that i always had fun in, and also gain some great experiences. I am pretty sure that i will be leading a great organization and i had a great turf team
2.2 In addition, if we take a look into my past experiences i have been underdeputy of all gangs in en3 and i believe it is even enough for me to become a leader. Additionally, I have led lots of events in other gangs and i am very confident in my knowledge. If i can use that knowledge during the interview and get leadership, i believe i can relive the fun times i used to have. This activity would not only be a return to my old days but also a way to show the entire ghetto that the real strongest gang is Bloods.
2.3 I want to use my knowledge about gangs correctly and reach the right positions and as the Bloods gang, i want to bring the ghetto into a new era in EN3. If i become leader, i will achieve this goal easily because in my past experiences i achieved a lot and built strong activity in events. There will be so many Bloods members in the ghetto. So, other gangs will not even have a chance to walk around ghetto. I am pretty sure that there will not be anything wrong throughout my term and you can be sure about this.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 The most important thing to improve RP is definitely to avoid favoritism, because when favoritism exists, all RP gets ruined because of unfair situations. Because of favoritism, many people get punished unfairly, some dont get punished when they should, some get promoted unfairly and others get demoted without reason. Therefore, if we remove favoritism, everything will start working properly and there will be nothing that can ruin a RP. And also, i have almost not seen any gang leader or deputy who truly cares about graffitis, although it is one of the most important parts of gangs that should exist in the ghetto. During the term, i will personally appoint a deputy who will specially handle graffitis and i will also take care of it myself.
