Ivan Frolov was born in the slums of Los Santos he had no choice but to learn how to navigate the rough side of life. Coming from a family where his mother had to fight every day just to make ends meet, Ivan grew up in a world near Families HQ, witnessing the disturbing scenes of turf wars, executions, extortion and bloodshed. Most people in this area feared the gangs, but Ivan was drawn to their power, their structure and control. He became involved with the Ballas gang at the age of 16 working under a ruthless and highly influential gang leader, and started working his way up the ranks. When Ivan controlled major portions of Ballas territory, nothing moved in the ghetto without his say-so, and as a result, he was feared, respected, and was very much entrenched in the world of organized crime. It wasn’t until Ivan was caught during a high-stakes store robbery and given ten years in Bolingbroke Penitentiary that the scale of his world was turned upside down. Prison became the turning point of his life, years spent reading and thinking about psychology, law and ethics forced him to delve into his past and slowly reformed his attitude towards crime. When he was released from prison he ran into quite a lot of stigma. No one wants to hire someone with a notorious past, and so Ivan had to struggle to find work and live a modestly humble life for two years, but refused to return to a life of crime.

When Ivan saw the LSPD's recruitment ad he thought it was his one last chance to prove he'd turned his life around. Well-known difficulties in the recruitment process didn't stop him and his remarkable mental health evaluation, clean behaviour after being released from prison and a glowing endorsement from a rehabilitation officer got him into the training program. At the academy Ivan excelled. His street smarts, tactical awareness and ability to stay calm under pressure made him stand out. He finished near the top of his class and was sent to high-stakes patrol units. His understanding of the minds of criminals allowed him to predict gang behaviour, prevent revenge attacks, and tear apart human trafficking networks from the inside out. Over the years, Ivan became respected as a silent, efficient officer who delivers results without seeking the limelight. He has participated in numerous undercover operations targeting organized crime rings. Including a massive task force that crushed a multi-city drug smuggling ring, and has stunned the federal observers with his ability to seamlessly blend into criminal environments and stay disciplined. Years of meticulous work earned him a reputation as a masterful operator who takes aim with calculated precision. The Federal Investigation Bureau approached him with a hush-hush proposal, after digging deep into his past, polygraph tests, and mental health analysis. Coming out on top, Ivan was recruited by the FIB as a 00 Agent, a ghost-like operative that goes undercover, takes apart gangs from the inside and knocks out threats to the country’s security. - Ivan Frolov can accept bribes up to $100k to perform corrupt actions such as removing wanted stars from a criminal smuggling a prisoner out of the DOC or reducing/increasing sentences prisoner removal from DOC must be done through the darknet no favors only bribe only Penal Code charges no random reasons.
