Approved Fear RP and Fail RP 409390 Sahp

As seen here, my friends are broadcasting on the radio despite having weapons in their hands (number 409390). A person with a weapon pointed at them can never broadcast on the radio; this is a violation of the rules. I demand that the necessary measures be taken, and this is Fear RP.
