First of all, that distance is very far, and I shot thinking they were waiting there. I didn't know he was dead; you can check. I didn't kill him either; I shot thinking he wasn't dead. And I can finish the hacker attack after shooting the police officers because there shouldn't be any police in the area. I can eliminate whichever police officer I want because I'm protecting my hacker attack and I don't want police in the area. Therefore, I can eliminate whichever police officer I want in that event area. I want my warning to be deleted.

For example, if I finish off someone I killed in a family raid, does that count as a mercy kill? Please reconsider your decisions. I'm protecting against a hacker attack and I don't want police in the area. I can finish off any police officer I want in this event area.
