Hello,
I want to appeal the ban from my Social Club account that I got on EN1. The reason I was given for the ban is that they found cheats when they did a check, on my computer. I do not think this is fair. I want to appeal the Social Club ban.
I want to talk about something that happened during the PC check, on Discord. When we were doing the screen-share I was really nervous. Felt like I was being rushed. Because of that I did not understand one of the questions well. The question was "why are you cheating". I did not answer it very well. My answer sounded bad. It sounded like I was saying I did something wrong. That is not what I meant to say. The PC check process is important. I want to make sure I explain what happened correctly. I was really frustrated with the way I was playing. I thought that was why people thought I was cheating.
I want to mention that I was banned from EN1 for 60 days before. I did what the staff member Jonny told me to do. I did not try to get around the ban or do anything sneaky. I served the 60 days without any problems. When the 60 days were over I came back to play on EN1 because I wanted to follow the rules and play fairly. I thought everything was okay. I could just start playing again on EN1 like I did before.
I would like the people in charge to take another look at my situation. I want them to use the information they found from checking the computer not what I said when I was really upset and did not express myself well. If they have something that they found I am happy to take a look at it. If they do not have any evidence then I think they should reconsider the ban on my computer account. I hope they will look at my case again and make a decision, about the PC check and the ban.
