2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. My first reason to become leader of National Gaurd (NG) is my experience in legal organisation and my knowledge about legal organizations.I think I have pretty much experience and Enough knowledge to lead the NG as General.Also in my ooc life i have served
2 years in Army that inspire me more to lead the NG in this great rp project.
2. My second reason is I want to make pretty much changes within the organization.I want to do changes in ranking system of the organization then I'll do some special things to bring more people in organization.Ill keep a healthy relationship with all members of the organization.
3. My last reason to become General of NG is to show the importance of presence of National Gaurd in City and to make it most active
organization in city.Ill encourage people to join NG and I have my enough known people who will help to make our term one of the best National Gaurd term and we hope we can make history.
3. Your Advices For Improving RP level in Organization ?
1. I'll introduce a new training system where Human Resources will conduct a Training session every week with new members of organization and They will teach them how to handle situation professionally
2. Ill not tolerate any type of favouritism in my organization
3. All High Command position will be given by my deputy and myself through conducting interview
4. Ill make reward system for my organization member so they get motivate to get active everytime so i can make most
active org in the city
5. Ill increase more roleplay between the all organization by conudctin ic events, city patrol and trainings.
