Dear Admin, I reporting a different fraud and bug abuse case. Player 513612 was new in the city and was purchasing a car ticket from 496290. During the deal, 496290 along with 466259 killed him. Due to a glitch, the car ticket fell on the ground, which 496290 picked up and then refused to return.All in POV.
