Tiwari was born in the Uttar Pradesh state of India in a poor family where living was the main concern instead of dreams. He started doing odd jobs from an early age, and quickly learned that the world favors power over honesty. Tiwari was earning well enough to put his own life in order. He joined the public service in the hope that the Sheriff Department could offer him power and safety. Instead it taught me how the system really works
