Rejected Ban For Helping Ban Evading | Light Moon

Hello Grand RP Administration Team ,


I respectfully request a reconsideration of my 60 day ban for Helping Ban Evading


After carefully reviewing the server rules i could not find any rule that clearly states that standing near or talking to a banned player constitutes helping ban evdaing
I was not aware that my presence could be interpreted in this way.


I did not provide any accounts, passwords, information, or actions that could assist the banned player in bypassing the ban the only evidence shows me standing nearby and talking, which does not demonstrate any assistance.


If my presence was interpreted as a violation I sincerely apologize. I kindly ask you to reconsider the punishment and consider replacing it with a warning or a shorter restriction given that there was no malicious intent or actual help provided .
