Rejected (Ballas) Mixing and Fail RP | 383425

I know voice is cracking in POV, but from 0:39 you can clearly hear that and see ID 383425 is saying "Nice MetaGaming" and also saying "Nice MG, Nice MG,Nice MG......" is ruining RP so its also Fail RP, which is agains server rules.
Please give the punishment.Thanks in advance!!
