Rejected Gen 1.6 Fabian grace

Hello Lebron,
how is it possible that Fabian is still Chief even though his main account (20061) has a Gen 1.6 ban? He was banned for real-money trading and is still Chief on his twink account. I don’t think it’s fair that someone with this kind of rule violation is leading the server. Proof/screenshot:
