POV:
Here is what happened, I was driving across the highway in my car with an "ANTI-RADAR" which costs alot of money $400,000+ and it's purpose is to prevent your engine from being blocked. I was driving and got given demands to pull over by robbers, instead of complying I decided to drive away because my character was holding alot of loot, guns worth over $400k (heavy sniper etc) $50m cash in hand and $400 million worth of items in backpack and in real life your character woud fear losing this much rather than surrending especially in a supercar that reaches high speeds and knowing they have an anti radar.
I believe the warning punishment was excessive as I was just cruising the highway on my way to complete BP tasks and I figured with the anti radar that I am safe since I am in a car that's clearly faster than theirs, I even lost sight of them before the punishment was issued.
6.16 During robbery of person, armoured car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be atleast 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob. In case if they did not stop it is considered as "Power Gaming" | Jail 120 min or WARN
The rule states it can be a jail or a warning but the admin decided to give me a warning, I am hoping you can please reduce my punishment since it's supposed to be an RP server and it's only RP if we have a choice of action, if we absolutely HAVE to pull over and allow ourselves to get robbed fully knowing our character is carrying hundreds of millions worth of items on them then that's not really roleplay because there are many situations in real life people get into car chases and don't always pull over. Anti Radar and Engine Blockers exist for this scenario of running away.
You can see the valuable items my character was carrying and knowing there is a good chance to get away, I took the chance:
This is the punishment received:
While I don't agree with the way the rule is set out I do respect it is there and I agree to keep it in mind and follow it next time I go out of the city, I apologise for this unintentional rulebreak and hope you can reduce it to just demorgan and I won't make the same mistake twice, thank you for reading.
