First, buddy, you have no right to enter any jurisdiction without a department. First, you want to take a department to enter a city, and you have no right to arrest someone in the city. Also, you are arresting someone from an apartment. I don't know why SAHP is hiring people like that who don't know the rules. I request the SAHP curator review that fourm and take the best action on SAHP !!
