1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
I have been playing on this server since 1.2 years for now it has been a great environment for me as a player provided by the grand role play, In all these years i have faced many challenges mainly when i got into the server for the first time there were many rules which i didn't knew, got many punishments for violating those in the beginning, So now as a experienced player for some extent i wanna help the fellow beginners in the server to understand the rules clear their droughts and make a friendly and joyful environment for them to enjoy their time in this server and prevent them for getting punishments for the violation of rules.
Secondly, I wanna help the admin team by making it easy for them by assisting players with the server with their problems and the admins can handle the things which are even more important, in simple words i wanna reduce the work load of the admins by working with them. And also as an admin assistant i wanna keep the things running smoothly without any issues.
Lastly, Stepping into an Administrative Assistant position allows me to bring my experience in discipline, coordination, and management to a professional environment where I can continue supporting my fellow friend of the server from behind the scenes.

• Leadership Team Management: I excel in leading, training and managing large teams to get the best out of them.
• Communication: I am able to articulate rules, procedures and expectations to players.
• Problem-Solving Skills: I am reasonably good at mediating and being able to make decisions fairly under pressure.
• Player support: I am good with newcomers and people frustrated by the game.
• Knowledge: Well, practiced and have a good understanding of server rules, admin protocols and RP etiquette.
4. What are your weaknesses?
I sometimes lose my temper in very chaotic situations. However, I've been working on my patience and emotional control. Now, I take a moment to calmly assess situations before responding. This practice has greatly improved my leadership style and decision making.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?

8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
Previously i was rejected by Zaid for the reason " Low IC Age", I wanna tell and request one thing on this My IC age may be low but i have been in this server for 390 days till date and perfectly know all the protocols, was also the leader of an organization. So I request to give me a chance to claim the spot and promise ill not disappoint the admin team.
