Yesterday during a bounty hunting , player ID 509354 was acting toxic , go in and out green zone and insult me GR 6.19+GZ 1.3
After follow him in multiple green zone he decised to call family over to help him and thats when ID 302574 , FIB agent , and ID 51618 show up. The last one wasn't doing nothing honesty but as we playing fair rp is right to mention.
The same players that before was just camping in and out green zone a soon other family member show up change his attitude and start insulting me and invite me outside greenzone.
Second after redeem bounty ,you can see player ID 302574 try to stun me without no demand , but probably cause animation with car he end up stunning himself.
Later in the video he start chase me down and ask demand to stop without a uniform and mask . I am wasn't sure but i think thats fall under GRS 1.10 , that probably why he change his outfit after kill me.
he probably though wasn't on visual but i catch him on 4k
After put in me in cuff and leading to the car , he start provoking even more by washing the car ,NOT FIXING THE CAR . As well know that animation isn't inappropriate to do in this situations.
He breaks even more than rules in less than a few minute like :
-Fail RP when was time to read my right he start to mumble.
- arrest me without a valid bodycam ON . GRS-LSPD/SAHP/FIB - 5.6
- GRS-LSPD/SAHP/FIB 5.10 - SPD / FIB / SAHP employees are obliged to use for calls only official transport.(Use of your own car is strictly prohibited.)

On pov 2 it clear that a soon he push me over the door my game freeze and i wasn't able to do nothing but the game was still run and my first thought was instantly reach out to report the issue.
I had issue with the game, all day-night long and end up reloading everything to fix the issue.

PS I increase the input volume of my recording app on the first POV to be sure that the clip was valid to be post. Since using different and external audio interface in the game the voice will look fine but going trow multiple application to record is lost signal and end up in a very bad quality.
