Hello,

I would like to appeal the punishment I received for an alleged RDM violation and ask for clarification regarding what was expected from me in this situation.
We were defending a money machine located on our property. Earlier, the same group had already arrived, and we clearly warned them without making demands that there is a money machine on our property and that entering or climbing onto the property would result in us opening fire. This was done to avoid any misunderstanding and to set clear boundaries, as required by the rules.

As shown in the provided POV, I approached one of the individuals and informed him that we were playing by the same rules: if they climbed onto our property, we would shoot.

Shortly after this interaction, one of his friends began shooting at us. At that point, we clearly feared for our lives and acted in self-defense by returning fire.

It is important to note that when the shooting started, it occurred on the street, and the money machine was no longer relevant to the situation. From my understanding, the RDM effectively began when they opened fire on us without any demands.

Given this, I would like to understand:

• What was I expected to do in this situation?
• Was I expected not to shoot back after being fired upon?
• Was I supposed to let myself be killed despite being shot at without demands?

Unfortunately, I did not record my own POV, but the provided POV clearly shows that ID 418673 opened fire on us.

I am not trying to argue for the sake of it; I genuinely want to understand what I did wrong in this situation and how I should handle similar scenarios correctly in the future.

brother, no one gives you demands. no one tells you to leave, we clearly said that if you go on property we shoot because of money machine. u came 35 mins earlier which i have the POV. i appraoched you and said that the same rules apply in that case. im not sure if it was you or ur buddy who started to shoot. i just reacted to being shot at and defended myself. personally i didnt hear any intentions by youre side about coming and take it, and also the POV doesnt show you say anything about it.

listen, personally i didnt complain about this situation.
im here to defend myself against warning for RDM after im being shot at. with or without demands.
and yes, after u say it now, when u slipped inside my teritory i gave you demands to leave eventho i didnt have to.
but u complied and got out so we didnt start to shoot.
again im not here to complain about you. im here to defend myself from this warning. sadly i didnt save this POV cause at the time i didnt feel like any rule was broken.
you fair and square in my eyes won us over the money machine and lifes goes on.
