2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1
I have been always picked gangs over state orgs. And whenever I was in a gang I always saw the bloods as the most savage and ruthless ones out of all the gangs. This is one of the reasons on why I want to be a leader of bloods. I want every single gang and state organization to fear bloods. I want my gang to be the most respected gang in the whole city.
2.2
We know that the Blood Street Gang is very known for there crimes and how there power spreads all over the city for being powerful and respected by everybody. I want to keep bloods like this. I want to make every gang fear bloods again. I want every gang to know that bloods are the best at doing everything like robbing, hostage situations, and etc.
2.3
I want to take leadership of Bloods because I was in a lot of state orgs and I will use the knowledge and the tactics from there to help my gang be successful in all situations and win against the leos in all battles. I will make the bloods gang active again and make a lot of hostage situations. As the leader of bloods I will make sure to listen to the curator and comply with them at all times so that there are no issues. I will make sure that my term ends successfully.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. First of all I will start recruiting a lot of people to the gang. I have a lot of friends from multiple families that have past experiences in gangs. So I will test them by asking them questions about the server and gang rules and if they pass I will get them into my gang. I will make sure that each person that is invited to the gang will know a lot about gang rules and etc because I want my gang term to end successfully.
2. I will make sure that my gang is very active and that members that are in city show up to all of the gang events like clands, FZ, subs, store robberies, and etc. I will keep the gang active by giving them a certain amount of money for each event that they come to and win.
3. I will make sure that my gang stays active in ghetto by getting the members to rob people, to spray graffities and spread the fear of Bloods in the city. I will also make sure that when the gang members are robbing people it is fair. once a gang member robs a person they need to wait until all of the other gang members next to them rob and get money or guns and etc as well so that everyone takes something home.
4. I will make sure to keep the members inside of the gang to respect each other and to not be toxic to each other so that there aren't any fights between the members so that everyone has fun.
5. I will make sure that my gang is not breaking any rules. And if any member breaks any rule they will get punished by me by getting fired from the org if they did a very serious thing but if not so serious then a demotion, or suspension.
