I received a penalty for violating GR 6.16. However, this record is from a week ago. They appeared as three people on my end. I had the record, but I deleted it. They have 48 hours to request it, but since it's been 7 days, I deleted the record. It's unreasonable for me to receive a penalty since so much time has passed. The necessary action should be taken.
