Hello Grand RP Administration Team,
I am writing this appeal regarding the security ban (GR 1.2) applied to my account.
I would like to clarify that I never shared my account credentials (email or password) with anyone, nor did I allow any third party to access or use my account. Unfortunately, my account was compromised without my consent, and the hacker changed some of the account credentials, which caused suspicious activity and different IP logins.
I fully understand that account security is my responsibility, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or risk caused to the server. As soon as I realized the issue, I contacted support and am ready to provide any required proof to verify my ownership of the account, such as:
- Original email used to create the account
- Previous passwords (if needed)
- Approximate account creation date
- Any additional information you may request
I kindly ask you to review my case once again. This account represents a lot of time and effort invested in the server, and I assure you that if my access is restored, I will take all necessary measures to fully secure my account and prevent this situation from ever happening again.
