Greetings,
I am making this forum with respect to seek clarity on why my applications to the role of administrative assistant are being rejected repeatedly.
I have been applying to the position of the administrator during the last several months, and each time my application is rejected by the same administrator, Shisui. Personally, I do not have any problem with him, but I am disoriented due to the reason of rejection which keeps changing and is often connected to things that I have already been punished in the past.
In the past, My application was rejected because of punishment history, which I am aware of and accept as well as my forum account being unbanned recently. I also took that and waited and tried again.
The following is one of the forums mentioned:
I applied after waiting and making sure my behavior remained clean. It took me nearly two weeks to keep my punishment history clean after which my application was reviewed. then I filed an administrative complaint as it got rejected because the admin said it has not been 2 weeks yet and it was 2 weeks because of the admin complaint he started reviewing this immedietly after a few mins.
My application began to be reviewed only a few minutes after that complaint. This confused me, since with the ability to review it then why had it been rejected?
My application was later turned down once more with the explanation:
Not Welcome in Admin Team for having disrespectful behavior as a player towards admins.
That is a forum that i made that I was already punished and banned on the forums:
I am completely aware of my mistake then. I took the punishment, learned my lesson and filed unban appeals every week until I was unbanned by Lebron on my forum. I have since continued to keep my record clean and respectful.
In case I will not be welcomed permanently in the admin team due to some past behavior, I would like to be told right at the start. This would save me and the admins time to go through the applications.
I do not desire special treatment. I simply wish clarity and justice. Should there be an unending cause as to why I could not be part of the admin team, I would be willing to take it, although I would like a clear and honest response.

i applied for admin team on 21 dec and today its been 2 weeks i was told to keep punishment history clean and i did that now after 2 weeks from the rejection i applied and he rejected it again please have a look into this as i really dont know when 2 weeks will be completed from 21st dec to 4...
