2.1 2.1 I've spent a lot of time as a member of this roleplay. I have previously served as a deputy in Ballas and as an under-deputy in Marabunta. As a deputy, I was responsible for managing events and the membership of our gang. I also worked to keep the gang disciplined. The way I see it, being a deputy helped me develop the skills needed to lead Bloods as a leader, and I will make this term the best of my time in Bloods.
2.2 I have a solid plan I think will make this gang the most active gang in the city. My gang will be active during the day and during the night. I want my organization to be respected throughout the city by every citizen and state organization. We will promote our gang by being active in the city, day and night, and by calling the Lifeinvader Journalism Team to write articles that will appear on CNN. After reading these articles, I believe people will say, "I want to be a member of that gang!" I will also call Lifeinvader Journalism to bring in coverage of hostage situations, 24/7 store robberies, gun store robberies, etc.
2.3 I am optimistic that through boosting the number of potential recruits from friends playing this project, when I become the leader, we can create an attractive, supportive environment that will assist in gaining control of the gang and attracting a larger following base. Additionally, that would lead to more members participating around the clock in organized activities such as robbing 24/7, participating in gun store robberies, hostage situations, raids, etc.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 Everyday, our team will participate in the activities of hostage hostages, robberies and/or any other similar forms of organized crime.
3.2 As the leader and my right-hand man, I and he will support our team members through all events, giving them the confidence that they can achieve their objectives and meet the expectations of the organization.
3.3 We will ensure that every hostage is securely transported from where they are being held, so that we have total control and authority over every situation at all times.
3.4 We will create an atmosphere in which every team member is treated with dignity and support by his/her fellow team members. We will not tolerate any conflict between any member and the leader, nor will we tolerate unnecessary drama.
3.5 For all new members that wish to join our team, we will conduct an informal interview to determine whether they will be compliant with the policies created by this team.
