Additional information

1. Leader of Blood Streets gang

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I've always preferred gangs to legal organizations because they're always free and able to act according to their desires. I've always cherished that freedom, and I want to bestow it upon the people in my organization as well.

The Blood Gang was the one I joined when I first started playing. Whether it was for its colors or the architecture of its headquarters, my fondness for this gang has always been reflected in my respect for it. And knowing that I will eventually return to the Red Gang makes me happy.

Having been in both legal and illegal organizations, I want to make the Blood Gang more active and successful than ever before. Especially recently, I've learned from the example of a Marabunta leader that what makes a gang successful is not just its bonus system, but the friendship within the gang. And in my own organization, I want to see more examples of friendship than just a strong highcommand structure.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Unfortunately, in all the gang organizations I've seen so far, the lack of discipline when it's needed has always saddened me. Therefore, I will try to make it as realistic and objective as possible within the gang, sometimes bringing together goodwill and friendship, and sometimes discipline.

Despite the existence of ranks, gangs have always lacked proper roles. Therefore, I aim to gather turfers, graffiti artists, robbers, and active fighters into different groups and lead them to absolute success.

Furthermore, I will always oversee my deputies, whether they are my friends or not. If they do anything wrong to someone or appoint someone to a position of authority without consulting me, they will face disciplinary action. Because in gangs, high-ranking commanders acting independently has put me in very bad situations in the past, and I've always hated it. In my organization, I support the idea that ranks should be earned through effort and achievement, just like in legal organizations.
