Subject | Final Forum Unban Appeal & Request for a Fresh Start

I would like to explain my situation honestly and respectfully.
My old account on the forum was banned in the past, and unfortunately, my unban request was not accepted. I fully understand that some of my previous actions were serious mistakes, and I take full responsibility for them.
At that time, I was very young (around 14 years old), I did not understand English well, and I was unaware of the forum and server rules. This lack of knowledge caused many problems, and I sincerely regret it.
Now, I am 18 years old, more mature, and fully aware of the rules and their importance. Because of my love for Grand RP and my wish to return honestly, I decided to buy a new GTA copy and create a new Rockstar account to start a clean and legitimate beginning.
I want to clarify that:
accept all forum and server rules
Remove all old accounts if required
Participate in an interview or any checks
Accept a full money wipe
Prove my commitment to fair gameplay
I sincerely request a final chance to start fresh and enjoy roleplay again within the rules. Buying a new game and account was my way to show seriousness about this new beginning.
