To the Esteemed Administration,
I am submitting this appeal regarding the punishment issued against me (ID: 229935) by Administrator Devain_Satoru on [Insert Date of Punishment Issuance].
I filed an official report (Topic Number/Link: /threads/1227059/) against Player ID 231549 for violating rule GR 6.15 (RDM). I was surprised to receive a Fail RP punishment myself ("the thread owner"), despite being the victim in the documented situation.
The situation was as follows: while attempting to get to my vehicle, I fell from a minor height (a mountain slope), which put me in a temporary state of vulnerability. In that moment, the other player (231549) exited the vehicle and exploited the situation to kill me using a firearm completely randomly and without any prior RP interaction.
I understand that I might have slightly failed to fully and perfectly play the role of the injury (RP Injury) immediately after the fall. However, my action was a natural and quick reaction to try and protect myself from an imminent and unjustified attack. My goal was to adhere to rules of survival instinct, while the other party was violating a fundamental rule concerning intentional killing without cause (RDM).
I kindly request the respected administration to reconsider the punishment issued against me (Fail RP), taking into consideration that I was the party reporting the original violation (RDM) and that my intention was not to bypass the rules, but to respond to an illegal action within the game.
