My account was initially banned for 60 days due to a cheating related reason. However, I have now learned that my account has been permanently banned, which came as a complete shock to me.
I would like to clarify that General Rule 4.1 was applied to my account. I want to sincerely state that I never intentionally used cheats or any illegal tools. However, I do acknowledge that an illegal file was present on my PC, which was entirely my mistake, and for that, I am truly sorry.
I never had any malicious intention, and I fully understand my responsibility in this matter. I assure you that in the future I will strictly follow all rules and ensure that no such issue ever happens again.
This account is extremely important to me, as I have invested a great deal of time and effort into it. I kindly request you to please review my account once again, and if possible, reconsider the permanent ban.
