The suspect ( 215396) was arrested and taken to DOC for processing. During active RP and before completion of the arrest, the suspect intentionally disconnected from the server (Code A) just after uncuffing him for showing passport and removing mask to avoid jail time, which is considered fail RP, for more info my pov is provided.
