Dear Lebron

the way the admin team is currently being managed is unacceptable and looks a lot like internal corruption and heavy bias.

There is a clear pattern of Ex-Admins being brought back into the team through the back door. These people aren’t even submitting applications, they are just getting invited back by the management and, to make it worse, they are being handed high ranks immediately. Meanwhile, regular players who have been loyal to this server for a long time and have applied multiple times are being rejected instantly.

The following people were recently reinstated without any transparent process or competition:

• Paul Frost
• Milas Contro
• Saskia Dior

This behavior is killing the motivation of the community. It feels like you only have a chance to help the server if you are "friends" with the membership. It’s pure nepotism. When people who have applied five or six times and followed all the rules get rejected, while "old friends" get high-ranking positions for doing nothing.

This needs to be investigated. We need a fair and transparent recruitment system where everyone has the same chances, regardless of who they know in the management.

Please do us all a favor and investigate the internal processes from the mamangment from DE01. We need a transparent server managment and not one that just lives in his inner circle.
