1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
I have been playing in this city for over four years, during which I have experienced a wide variety of RP situations that helped me gain strong knowledge of the server and its rules. I have spent most of my time in legal organizations, where I learned discipline, fairness, and high-quality roleplay standards.
With the experience and understanding I have gained, I now want to contribute to the server in a bigger way by becoming an Admin Assistant. My goal is to help all players, especially new players, understand the rules and enjoy proper roleplay. I also have prior experience as an Administrative Assistant in EN3, which helped me learn admin responsibilities, teamwork, and professionalism.
I am active both in the city and on Discord, and I am always available to assist players, handle situations calmly, and help maintain a positive and enjoyable environment for everyone.

One of my weaknesses is that I can sometimes be too detail-oriented, which may slow me down slightly when handling situations, but I am learning to balance accuracy with efficiency. I also used to hesitate to delegate tasks, preferring to handle things myself, but I’ve been actively improving by trusting teamwork and communication.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
I am always ready to handle any task assigned to me with responsibility and dedication. I have strong communication skills, which help me clearly explain rules, guide players, and resolve situations calmly. I also have good leadership skills, allowing me to work well within the admin team, support senior admins, and help maintain order and fairness on the server.
I am reliable, patient, and willing to learn, which allows me to improve continuously and contribute positively to the admin team.
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
