I arrested him on Timestamp: 0:37, as his charges was not complying and overspeeding his car. Actually i requested to show his passport but he dint and i put him under cuffs, then i was taking him to DOC to process but he was insulting me by saying "KID" and other stuffs, Then exactly on TimeStamp: 04:20 while he was inside DOC and i was taking him to the cell he did CL as escape the situation, So please look into this matter and punish him ASAP!!
